Gary and Lev were awesome . Lev was very responsive to call. Gary was very professional and an expert . His diagnostics were 100% correct on both the heating system and the AC. Fixe both of them as soon as they got the part needed. Would highly recommend them for anyone.

These guys are great! I had been having sporadic issues with my wall heater for years. I watched YouTube videos and did as much as I could to keep it on life support but recently the pilot wouldn’t stay on and I ran out of ideas and had to call a pro.I researched a bunch because I didn’t want to over pay and came across Pyramid. They made an appointment to help me asap and Gary came to the rescue. He was super polite, respectful of the space and my crazy puppy and extremely knowledgeable. We did all the troubleshooting possible to narrow down the issues. He was very patient and I peeked over his shoulder and took pics and asked questions because I like to learn so I know for next time.He was able to find the issue and take out my old parts and actually find exactly what we needed to replace them. I was worried it would turn into a very expensive project but he really helped to make it a great fix for only a few hundred dollars.To be honest I should have called them years ago. My heater is like 25 percent more powerful and muuuch cleaner now.Gary is the best and will the first call for any future heating needs.
